"We chose West Michigan GeoThermal after having gathered quotes from several companies.  Upon speaking with the representatives from each, we discussed what we felt to be the greatest strengths of each.  Brad not only spoke straight, but he gave the most informative answers without a bunch of impress-the-customer jargon.  He offered superb information and showed a passion for what he does.  He proved to be a quality person throughout the process and remains exceedingly accessible after the purchase.  His customer service is superior.  My favorite response of his to a question was, and I quote, " You spent alot of money on this unit and you should know that you are being taken care of."  That sums it up.

The retrofit works well.  As soon as we finish paying ourselves back for the install, we stand to save between $1,000 and $1,500 anually on our overall energy costs.  This is nice, since we have every intention of staying in our home for the long haul and need to see some aspect of life being less expensive over time.  Oil and gas prices are on the rise, but there is somewhat of a government cap on the price increase of electricity.  We like that.  Also the government tax credit helped the purchase."
